Special Events
The country park forms an important community hub for the local and wider population of Bridgnorth and a place to meet, relax and talk, either whilst walking through the green space or relaxing at one of the picnic tables or benches dotted across the site. The Friends of Stanmore have used the country park as the setting for various community events including moth and bat identification evenings, and Halloween celebrations. The planting of the community orchard will provide opportunities for new events in future years as the trees mature and harvests are gathered.
